Refund and its conditions

Autoreidas UAB only provides virtual services and goods, such as training or courses, for which gift vouchers or online access are available. Our refund policy is designed to ensure transparency and quality of service.

1. Validity and return of gift vouchers

  • Gift vouchers are valid for one year from the date of purchase.
  • If the voucher is not used within this period, there is no refund for the unused voucher.
  • The voucher holder is responsible for the use of the voucher during the validity period.

2. Conditions of participation in the course

  • If you purchase virtual training or courses, you must attend them within one year of the date of purchase.
  • Course registration and attendance must be scheduled to take place before the end of the course period.
  • If the participant fails to attend the training within the specified time, the payments will be forfeited and the opportunity to attend the course will end.

3. Refund policy

  • Due to the nature of our products (virtual services only), refunds are not available for training or courses already purchased, unless:
    • The service was not provided for technical reasons, which is acknowledged to be our fault.
    • A clear error was made during the booking process and has been agreed with our administration via email autoreidas@gmail.com.
  • In all other cases, payments are final.

4. Buyer’s liability

  • Before purchasing virtual services or courses, we recommend that you read the description carefully to make sure they meet your needs.
  • Once you have registered for a course and committed to attend, you may not change the date or type of course, unless agreed with our administration for valid reasons.

5. Right to update the policy

Autoreidas UAB reserves the right to change this return policy without prior notice. The new policy shall come into effect from the date of its publication on the website.
